Culinary Collective Gourmet Spanish Foods Participates in Pop-In@Nordstrom EATS MORE Shop

Specialty Spanish Foods Offered at Participating Nordstrom Locations Beginning in May

LYNNWOOD, WA. May 22, 2018 – Gourmet Spanish foods from Culinary Collective will be available at select Nordstrom locations as part of the Pop-In@Nordstrom EATS MORE series. Matiz España tinned seafood (Sardines, Octopus, Bonito Tuna), Matiz España Savory and Sweet Tortas, Matiz España Paella and Bomba Rices, Aneto Natural Broths and Paella Bases, and Puremiel Raw Organic Honeys from Spain will be available at participating Nordstrom locations from May 25 – July 8, 2018.

Culinary Collective sources and imports essential Spanish products from small family-owned companies that represent the rich cultural food traditions of Spain. Best-selling Matiz España tinned seafoods take advantage of the long culinary tradition of Spanish seafood canning, using the highest quality sardines, octopus and bonito tuna. Matiz España Tortas are olive oil crisp breads, made by hand by a hundred-year-old family bakery in Seville. Matiz Paella Rices, traditional and bomba varieties, are grown in Valencia, Spain, the birthplace of paella, and are essential to paella perfection.

Aneto broths and paella bases are made with real ingredients and are cooked slowly, just like you would at home – no flavorings, concentrates or powders. They make quick work of cooking flavorful stews and paellas. Puremiel Organic Raw Honeys are collected by a fifth generation beekeeping family, whose bees roam pristine protected parkland in southern Spain.

Nordstrom customers in Seattle and Bellevue, Washington; Los Angeles and Costa Mesa, California; Dallas and Austin, Texas; and Chicago, Illinois will have the opportunity to shop for these gourmet Spanish products. Pop-In@Nordstrom is an ongoing series of themed pop-up shops that transitions every four to six weeks to offer a new shopping experience and exclusive merchandise.
