Bittermilk Announces Details for Limited Edition Yuletide Old Fashioned Cocktail Mixer
The Second Edition of Bittermilk No.7 will be Available Exclusively for the 2016 Holiday Season

CHARLESTON, S.C. (June 25, 2016) — Bittermilk Cocktail Mixers announces its plan to launch a Yuletide Old Fashioned cocktail mixer exclusively for the 2016 holiday season. The Yuletide Old Fashioned will be the second edition of its limited release No. 7 cocktail mixer, an ever-changing flavor available for only a short season.

Bittermilk No. 7 Yuletide Old Fashioned will be bittersweet with classic old fashioned spices, aged in a bourbon barrel with sour cherries and orange peel. The non-alcoholic cocktail mixer will pair best with bourbon or other aged spirits using a simple mixer-to-spirit ratio recipe to make a complete, balanced cocktail. Mixed with milk, half and half, and brandy or rum, the Yuletide Old Fashioned will also make a simple no-egg nog.

“The Yuletide Old Fashioned was inspired by the heartwarming tradition of sipping a cocktail around the hearth during the holiday season, surrounded by friends and family,” explains Joe Raya, Bittermilk’s owner and creator. “Aromas of bourbon barrels, Christmas spices and tart cherries are sure to make your spirits bright.”

While all other Bittermilk mixers are available year-round and permanent parts of the product line, No. 7 is a rotating seasonal release, and each edition is released just once before it is retired. The first edition of No. 7 was Bittermilk’s Gingerbread Old Fashioned, which launched last holiday season. Future editions may be released anytime throughout the year.

Bittermilk No. 7 Yuletide Old Fashioned will be available to purchase online and in retail stores beginning in the fall. To find out more or to locate a Bittermilk retailer, visit bittermilk.com.
