Biscotti Goddess, a premier provider of handmade gourmet biscotti and a member of the Specialty Food Association, recently introduced a new line of biscotti for the vegan/gluten-free market.

The bakers at Biscotti Goddess developed the vegan/gluten-free recipes after extensive research to ensure the delectable flavors the company is known for continue in the new vegan flavors. 

Vegan/Gluten-free Vanilla Almond Cranberry biscotti are the first flavor produced and the company plans to offer additional vegan/gluten-free flavors over the next year.

“We at Biscotti Goddess know that people have different dietary requirements,” said Wheeler Wood, owner. “These dietary needs shouldn’t prohibit anyone from having great biscotti! We definitely felt that we could achieve the same outstanding flavor and consistency we are known for while meeting standards for both vegan, gluten-free and Kosher requirements.”

All of Biscotti Goddess’s flavors are available in a variety of quantities and packages on the website, biscotti-goddess.com.  Additionally, many of the company’s current retail outlets including Amazon.com carry the traditional and gluten-free biscotti options.
